Responsabilities:
- Leading Technical Due Diligence processes directly discussing with technical advisors.
- Produce yield assessment and PVSyst analysis as well as irradiation database assessment.
- Feasibility studies of our projects, establish a criteria for development projects for both PV and BESS.
- Prepare and review layout and basic design for solar and BESS projects.
- Supervise the control and management of technical documentation related to the plants.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
- Support the line manager in establishing and maintaining a culture of internal control and integrity.
- Lead team meetings to identify internal challenges and allocate support as needed to promote a collaborative working environment.
Competencies:
- Degree in engineering.
- Good knowledge of the technical characteristics of PV plants.
- Good knowledge of PVSyst.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Be highly pro-active, possessing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be a committed team player with the ability to multi-task, use initiative and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis.

Responsabilities:
- Oversee and analyze the technical performance and operations of the PV portfolio on a daily basis;
- Demonstrate the ability to track plant incidents and take ownership of resolving any issues;
- Optimize the availability and performance ratios of the supervised portfolio;
- Assist the Head of Operations in daily oversight and analysis of portfolio technical performance and operations;
- Manage relationships with Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contractors and serve as the customer interface for technical issues;
- Ensure that all O&M and other technical service providers meet or exceed their contractual obligations;
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on the technical performance and operational aspects of the plants; supervise the reporting of junior team members;
- Assist in preparing and reviewing annual budgets related to operations;
- Oversee and manage the outcomes of site visits conducted by site managers, including post-construction punch lists;
- Supervise the control and management of technical documentation related to the plants;
- Support compliance efforts with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), insurance companies, public entities, and other stakeholders;
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements;
- Assist the Head of Operations in coordinating activities with other departments;
- Support the line manager in establishing and maintaining a culture of internal control and integrity;
- Lead team meetings to identify internal challenges and allocate support as needed to promote a collaborative working environment.

- Originate and develop best-in-class opportunities and implement strategies for project portfolio growth to financial close.
- Conduct market research and identify potential development partners.
- Negotiate terms for project acquisitions and co-development agreements.
- Develop and implement business campaigns to promote the profile and visibility of the business amongst potential partners.
- Manage business relationships with land owners, permitting authorities, DNO’s, suppliers, regulators, offtakers and other relevant parties.
- Working collaboratively with internal Departments and functions, M&A in particular.
Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in utility-scale PV and BESS project development.
- Have a strong demonstrable personal network.
- Experience of working remotely/from home.
- Degree qualified, ideally in a relevant field.
- In depth knowledge of the UK PV and BESS development landscape and market participants.
- Solid understanding of fundamental PV and BESS investment cases and input variables.
- Ability to carry out basic investment appraisals to understand financial attractiveness of opportunities and negotiation parameters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to form collaborative relationships with partners and suppliers.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office with a proven ability to produce high-quality material.
